PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
We’re looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. Someone who will oversee all
aspects of a project and ensure its successful completion; communicate effectively with the team,
vendors, and clients; and represent the company to key stakeholders. This position requires someone who is driven and highly organized, adaptable, and efficient.
REQUIREMENTS:

5(+) years of experience in construction project management
-
Construction Supervisors License preferred
-
Understand all aspects of home building and remodeling
-
Interpret architectural plans and specifications
-
Proficient in Google Drive, Excel, Word and FastTrack schedule

Reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Prepare estimates
-
Manage job finances: contract review, track budgets, assist with accounts payable and accounts
receivable, and provide assistance on billings -
Generate and maintain project schedules
-
Prepare and track CO's, RFI's, SK’s, shop drawings, and field reports
-
Manage town/city officials through permit and inspection processes
-
Negotiate contracts with vendors, trade partners and other site workers
-
Place orders and coordinate delivery to job sites
-
Prepare and manage job binders, meeting agendas, and meeting notes
-
Distribute and gather key information for bidding

Capture and file progress images
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
We’re looking for a dynamic assistant project manager to join our team. Someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, is adaptable, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires collaboration with the principal and all other team members and is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the construction process.
