PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We approach every project with an intense attention to detail and prefer to get involved right away to be part of the design process, evaluate your project needs, work with the design team, bring in key subcontractors to help flush out details and cost options to finalize the scope of work and budget. We find it important to provide transparency during the entire process.  We will work through the permitting process and set up any necessary testing.

CONSTRUCTION

Once the permit is in hand, the on site work can begin. Respecting your home is our top priority while working around your family life. Our team is courteous and respectful, constantly thinking about dust protection and maintaining a clean job site. Our experienced team will manage your project with our efficient system every step of the way. Working closely with the entire team to ensure your project stays on track. Regular site meetings are scheduled throughout the project along with constant updates on the schedule and budget.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

We put our heart and soul into your home, so that level of detail and commitment continues long after your project is complete. We stay in touch with you and offer ongoing maintenance programs to help maintain your home that we know so well.
