CONSTRUCTION

Once the permit is in hand, on-site work begins with a strong focus on respect for your home, cleanliness, and minimal disruption to your daily life. David Magee personally oversees each project and we keep projects on track through regular site meetings that align the team on schedule, budget, design deliverables, and overall goals. Clients are kept informed of any updates or changes as they arise, and we are always available to answer questions throughout the process. With decades of hands-on experience, we approach each project with a commitment to doing things the right way. Our focus is on consistent communication, strong coordination both on and off the site, and delivering a well-executed final product.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

We take pride in the long-term care of every home we build, continuing our commitment well beyond project completion. After move-in, we offer ongoing maintenance programs, seasonal services such as spring and fall turnovers, and support for everything from routine upkeep to larger system needs. Our team conducts final quality checks, provides hands-on walkthroughs, and is always available to answer questions so you feel confident in your home. With trusted on-call support for emergencies and the ability to assist with future upgrades or small projects, we stay connected to ensure your home continues to function beautifully and grows with you over time.​​
